LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Jahangir Tareen has returned home from London.
Jahangir Tareen reached Lahore from London via Dubai through a private airline flight.
Jahangir left for London after the report of the Sugar Commission on the sugar crisis in the country and stayed in London for about 7 months.
Jahangir Khan Tareen was summoned by the Sugar Commission and FIA but he apologized for appearing.
According to the FIA investigation report, Jahangir Tareen, Monis Elahi, Shahbaz Sharif and their families, Omni Group and Khusro Bakhtiar’s brother Omar Shehryar’s sugar mills made money.
The forensic audit report recommended the filing of criminal cases, against those involved in the Chinese scandal, the forensic audit report also recommended recovery while the report suggested that the recovery money be distributed to sugarcane affected farmers.
