During the hearing, the court remarked that we have given the order. If the executive cannot implement it, then it is up to the executive, it is the parliament, it is the executive, if the society is not fulfilling its responsibility, then why should the court intervene.

Justice Athar Minallah said that no one is following the court order and if he is involved in politics then why should we intervene, the petitioner should trust the parliament because the solution can come from there, such cases Should not come in the court.

The court, after hearing the arguments of the petitioner, reserved judgment which was later pronounced, and rejected the petition seeking a ban on political and religious gatherings due to Corona.
