After the NAB, the FIA ​​also started investigating corruption in the NICVD


Following the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) also launched an investigation into corruption in the National Institute of Cardiology (NICVD).

The hospital management has approached the Sindh High Court against the FIA ​​investigation in the NICVD.

The petition filed by the NICVD administration states that the NICVD is owned by the province, the FIA ​​inquiry into the hospital is illegal, it should be stopped from proceeding.

The court issued notices to Advocate General Sindh and Attorney General of Pakistan.

Dr. Tariq Sheikh, who pointed out corruption in the hospital, also filed a miscellaneous petition. The court also issued notice to the parties on the miscellaneous petition.
